.Net 2.0 [if get this error "the application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135)" you need to install .Net 2.0]
Steps:
1. After you install WinPwn, plug in your iPod/iPhone and launch WinPwn 2.5
2. Click on “Expert”

3. Now select your device

4. Select the firmware

5. This step is for iPhone ONLY not 3G. If you have a legit contract with an official iPhone carrier, like AT&T then select no.

5b. Now click yes on deleting BootNeuter, you can always reinstall it from Cydia later if you want.

5c. If you have a legit contract with an official iPhone carrier, like AT&T then select NO. If you are unlocking your iPhone then select yes.

6. If you are activating your iPhone then select Yes, otherwise select no. If you are on a iPod Touch you can select Yes.

7. Answer the following questions to your liking

8. Select yes on resizing the root partition.
9. Select NO on the data wipe. This is not needed if you are keeping your iPod or iPhone. If you are selling your device then select Yes.
10. Select yes on using boot/restore logos, unless you want the default logos.

11. Slide the bar to the desired size. Default is 500MB. The minimum required sized for WinPwn to work is 700.
Note: Firmware 2.0+ has two disk partitions. The smaller one is 500MB, this is where all your 3rd party apps go. This is why you get the running out of disk space error. That is just not enough room. Now with WinPwn you can change the smaller partition to a bigger size.

12. You can click on Boot Logo (iPod/iPhone on the left) and Restore logo (iPod/iPhone on the right) to select images you have on your computer (go here for some logos).

13. At this point, select where you want to save your custom firmware to. By default its your Documents folder. Make sure you pay attention you where you save it.

14. It will now begin to build your firmware, be patient and let it do its thing.

15. Once its done building it will prepare your device for pwnage. Follow the instructions

Press the green thumbs up once your device is plugged in and turned off.
15. Now you will put your device into DFU mode, once again follow the instructions
16. Now open iTunes and put your hold the shift key and click on restore then select your custom firmware you built.
Note: When it get to the “Preparing iPhone software for restore…” part it can take up to 10 mins so just be patient!
